Super Frame: The SUPER Pop Up Tradeshow Display has several unique features that set it apart from other brands. In addition to a Lifetime Warranty from the factory, both the STANDARD and SUPER Pop Up Tradeshow Display Booth Systems have self locking Pop Up Frames, unusual in the Trade Show Supply Industry as they require a level of quality engineering that is too expensive for most Trade Show Exhibit manufactures. This feature is well above industry standards. Essentially, specific parts of the aluminum frame are dimensioned to create tension in the fully erect position. This allows them to spring into the upright position by themselves, once the Pop Up Display frame is about 90% of the way up. This format eliminates locking spacer bars that lock most other frames into position. Again, the exacting tolerances required to produce our Pop Up Display frames cost more to produce but result in higher than average industry standards for our products across the board. • Backlit header setup instructions (PDF)

Magnetic Channel Bars:
The magnetic channel bars on the SUPER Pop Up Display System are patented hinged; pre connected folding mechanisms that the panels magnetize too. Each assembly joins three separate vertical sections into one, reducing the number of parts by 66%. In addition to a faster easier set-up, they have reverse polarity magnets which attract the opposite magnet strip on the fabric or photo mural panels for an automatic, precise fit on the display wall. Panels join together almost seamlessly by themselves when attached to the display hardware. This feature is also above the Trade Show Convention industry standards and it’s patent identifies it as a superior industry exclusive!

The cost to upgrade to the SUPER Pop Up Display frame without the backlit logo hardware and lights is $200 and well worth the minimal additional cost.

Standard Shipping Case:
The STANDARD shipping case is our most popular version and is designed for minimal shipping expense and ease of handling. It’s lightweight, compact and extremely practical! The black nylon podium conversion skirt goes with any color trade show display we offer and is designed to conceal the shipping case for use in your trade show booth space. This podium conversion packs easily in the case without adding extra weight and bulk.

The STANDARD case fits in the back seat of almost any car and weighs about 85-89 lbs. fully loaded; either with the STANDARD display system with lights or the SUPER system with our exclusive backlit logo header hardware. Our systems are design to be strong yet compact, perfect for the STANDARD shipping case!

Optional Plus Shipping Case:
The PLUS case is one step up from our STANDARD case. Like all of our trade show display shipping cases, this one piece display shipping case has recessed. The case lid latches are also recessed, important for prevention of damage in shipping. The top doubles as a step stool useful in attaching graphics near the top of the exhibit.

Fabric panels or photomural panels roll up on the left with the hardware in protective padding is located on the right.

The writing surface on top is a few inches longer and wider. The skirt is made of the same type of fabric panel as the Trade show display backwall. Overall, it’s a high quality, well designed shipping case.

Deluxe Shipping Case:
The DELUXE Trade Show Exhibit shipping case upgrade uses two cases that combine as one to make the counter conversion. The smaller rectangular case holds hardware and the counter top conversion. There’s a special compartment inside the lid of this case for the power strip and small items like business cards for the show.

The second case is for the fabric or photomural panels and case conversion skirt. There’s plenty of extra room for additional graphics or literature. Lights for both our SUPER and STANDARD tradeshow display systems pack neatly in special molded foam packing that protects contents in shipping.

The two cases join together at the trade show with easy to connect latches on the side. Their special design makes them stay put for a precise fit when the counter is created.

This industry exclusive trade show display shipping case converts to a full size counter. The trim, tailored appearance of the side panels give it a custom sized look. Overall, the Deluxe Shipping Case provides much larger working in your Trade Show booth. It gives extra room for laptop and flat screen demos too.

Because of it’s design, it can hold well over 150 lbs. Ideal for larger equipment display. There is absolutely no other trade show display shipping case like this in the industry today!

Fabric Panels:
Fabric panels for our Pop Up Display Systems are the full industry standard size, 93" tall, 29 7/16" wide. End panels are 15" wide. Many lower priced import systems are up to 6” shorter overall with much wider end panels that result in a short bulky backwall compared to most other displays on the Tradeshow floor. The correct sizes maximize the amount of proper viewing area on the display rather than other systems with larger end panels and narrower front panels which reduce the available graphic space to just 9’.

Tradeshow Display Industry Standard Frontrunner fabric is available from Frontrunner in over 40 colors including 5 shades of gray and 5 shades of blue, 4 shades of green and many others. Strong magnetic strips on the back edges of the panels magnetize to the metal channel bars. Liners are provided for the smaller end panels to eliminate mash marks from the fabric being rolled against the magnets on the back, for long lasting good looks.

Lights: All Lighting kits pack within the hinged case lid of the shipping case. A specially designed foam compartment protects the lights in shipping and is included with your display booth. All lighting packages include an extension cord and power strip. SUPER Pop Up Systems ship with 3 double incandescent bulb fixtures along with the easy to assemble backlit logo sign frame. Optional color corrected Fluorescent lights help make the most of our high quality photographic process graphics for an even more stand-out look on the show floor. Optional Fluorescent lights add $100. The two Halogen light package is available to clients when an upgrade to the SUPER system hardware is purchased. Cost for the complete display is the same as the SUPER at $1445. STANDARD Pop Up Systems ship with 2- black 200 watt halogen light fixtures, a power strip and extension cord in special die cut foam packing for protection in shipping.

Shelving:
The Premium Shelf Package includes 4 single shelves, 4 single shelf brackets, 1 pair of double shelf brackets, one pair of literature shelf brackets and a literature strip. The literature shelf brackets allow the shelf to angle down, showing the front of your brochure. The literature strip prevents the collateral material from sliding off the edge of the shelves.

Basic Shelf Package includes 3 shelves and 3 single shelf brackets. Cost is $94.

Available in black or white. Shelving packages ship in a black nylon bag and pack along with the display in the shipping case.
